Terms and Conditions of Prenuvo Education Program
Summary:
Prenuvo’s clinician education program (the “Prenuvo Education Program”) includes this complimentary whole body MRI screening service to educate physicians about whole body MRI screening, enabling them to make more informed decisions regarding the appropriateness of this service for their patients. Prenuvo may amend or revise any element of the Prenuvo Education Program at any time in its sole discretion.
- Voluntary Participation. All clinician participants in the Prenuvo Education Program participate in the complimentary whole body MRI screening service on a strictly voluntary basis.
- Purpose of the Service. The purpose of this service is educational. Prenuvo aims to provide firsthand experience of the MRI screening process and results to assist physicians in making informed clinical decisions for their patients.
- Fraud and Abuse Compliance: No Expectation of Referrals. Physician participation in the Prenuvo Education Program is not contingent upon any physician participant recommending, referring, or otherwise influencing any patient or other person to utilize Prenuvo’s services.
- No Remuneration. This service is provided solely for educational purposes. No physician participant in the Prenuvo Education Program will receive compensation or any other type of remuneration for any future referral or recommendation of any patient or other person to Prenuvo’s services. Participation in the Prenuvo Education Program is offered to all physicians regardless of the volume or value of any referrals or other business generated. The complimentary scan is not eligible to be traded for cash or case equivalents.
- Intake Process. Participation in the Prenuvo MRI screening scan as part of the Prenuvo Education Program will be subject to a physician’s completion of all intake paperwork and Prenuvo’s terms and conditions.
- Non-Transferable. Physician’s participation in the Prenuvo Education Program, including the MRI screening service, is non-transferable.
