Chief Medical Officer and President, Prenuvo Medical Group

Dr. Daniel Durand, MD, MBA

Dr. Dan Durand, MD, is the Chief Medical Officer at Prenuvo, where he leads the clinical and operational teams, oversees clinical research, and serves as President of the Prenuvo Medical Group. Before joining Prenuvo, Dr. Durand held multiple leadership roles at LifeBridge Health, including Chief Clinical Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, where he spearheaded initiatives in value-based care, digital health, and clinical AI. He was also the founding leader of LifeBridge’s Clinically Integrated Network, a network of over 2,000 providers across five hospitals.

Dr. Durand’s career includes leadership positions at Johns Hopkins Medicine, Evolent Health, and consulting with McKinsey & Company. He is an adjunct faculty member at Stanford University and George Washington University, with a courtesy appointment at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Dr. Durand trained at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and is board-certified in both adult and pediatric radiology.

Vice President & Chief Quality Officer

Dr. Karolina Brook MD FASA CPPS

Dr. Karolina Brook is a pediatric anesthesiologist and nationally recognized leader in patient safety and quality improvement. She serves as Chief Quality Officer at Prenuvo, Inc., where she leads quality strategy across an expanding international clinical network.

Prior to this role, Dr. Brook held key leadership positions at Boston Medical Center, including Director of Quality and Safety for the Department of Anesthesiology and Medical Director for Hospital-Based Care. She led system-wide initiatives to strengthen safety culture, enhance adverse event reporting, and improve data transparency, including the development of innovative reporting platforms and real-time safety dashboards.

Dr. Brook earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed residency and fellowship training at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and a Certified Professional in Patient Safety. Her work has influenced national conversations on safety culture, and she has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and guidelines focused on event analysis and systems-based improvement in healthcare.

Vice President, Chief of Radiology, and Chair of Prenuvo Medical Group

Dr. Amar Patel, MD

Amar Patel, MD, is the Vice President, Chief of Radiology, and Chair of the Prenuvo Medical Group, where he leads the global radiology organization and oversees clinical performance and care delivery across a multi-site imaging network. He has built and operationalized a high-performing radiology practice that integrates whole-body and advanced imaging into a proactive model of care focused on early disease detection and longitudinal health management.

Dr. Patel advances Prenuvo’s clinical platform by integrating imaging, AI-enabled diagnostics, and structured reporting into standardized care pathways. His work translates complex imaging and data into standardized, actionable insights that support clinical decision-making and improve system-level performance. He also advises health technology, life sciences, and investment organizations on clinical strategy and the application of advanced imaging, AI, and data-driven healthcare solutions.

Prior to joining Prenuvo, Dr. Patel held leadership roles at Northwestern Medicine and served as a managing partner within radiology practices, leading initiatives in clinical operations and technology implementation. He is dual board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Neuroradiology, with residency training at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis and a two-year neuroradiology fellowship at Stanford University.

Dr. Giuliana Zaccardelli, MD, MBA is the Vice President of Operations for Prenuvo Clinics, where she leverages her expertise to drive innovation in preventive, personalized healthcare. She previously cofounded a digital health company focused on women’s health and worked as a Health Economics and Outcomes Research Analyst at Analysis Group. Giuliana holds an MD and MBA from Northwestern University.

Dr. Tahreema Matin, D.Phil, MBBS

Dr. Tahreema Matin is an award-winning medical leader, board-certified radiologist, and national healthcare strategist with nearly two decades of experience spanning clinical practice, health policy, and innovation. As the UK Medical Director at Prenuvo, she is leading the company’s UK expansion, combining whole-body MRI, AI, and digital health to transform early detection and enable more proactive, personalised care.

At NHS England, Dr. Matin has led major national programmes, including the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan and the Future Doctor Programme, shaping strategy on workforce transformation, digital integration, and the use of AI in frontline services. She is also a policy expert at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and served as a Clinical Lead for The Topol Review, which set the UK’s vision for AI in healthcare.

A University of Oxford academic, Dr. Matin has led pioneering imaging research, is widely published, and completed a tenure as Scientific Editor for European Radiology. She is a trustee at the Picker Institute Europe, championing patient-centred approaches in healthcare innovation.

Dr. Lisa Sorger, MBBS, MHA

Dr. Lisa Sorger is the Medical Director at Prenuvo in Australia. She's a leading clinical radiologist and medical executive dedicated to advancing preventative imaging and longevity-focused healthcare. With over 15 years of experience as a radiologist and a decade in strategic leadership, she has been instrumental in integrating AI-driven diagnostics and imaging innovations to enhance early disease detection and proactive health strategies.

As the former Chief Medical Officer of Integral Diagnostics, she led clinical governance across 95 clinics in Australia and New Zealand, optimizing AI-enhanced imaging, quality assurance, and preventative diagnostic programs. Her expertise in women’s and breast imaging reinforces her commitment to early detection and patient-centered care.

Passionate about health equity, Dr. Sorger has worked extensively with Indigenous communities, contributing to lung health research and expanding access to culturally sensitive radiology services in remote areas.

She is a member of the AMA Private Practice Committee and the RANZCR Digital Health Committee, shaping national healthcare policy and AI integration.

Dr. Sorger holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Health Administration from Monash University, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She is an Associate Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators (AFRACMA) and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR).

Vik Agarwal, MD

Dr. Vikas Agarwal, MD is a skilled radiologist and family doctor with a diverse and multi-faceted background. He completed his medical education at the University of Western Ontario (UWO), followed by Family Medicine training and Radiology residency at the University of Toronto, where he also completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Agarwal began his career in comprehensive family medicine, practicing for four years in a variety of clinical settings before transitioning to radiology, where he has now practiced for the past 10 years, specializing in Vascular, Interventional, and Diagnostic Radiology.

In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Agarwal holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, with an interest in medical informatics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. He actively explores how these technologies can be applied to enhance diagnostic accuracy, improve patient care, and advance the field of radiology.

Dr. Agarwal has held significant leadership roles within both hospital and outpatient clinic radiology groups, contributing to the optimization of radiology services. He also serves as a board member of the Ontario Association of Radiologists, where he advocates for the advancement of the profession. His unique blend of clinical, technical, and leadership experience allows him to take a patient-centered approach while driving innovation at the intersection of preventative medicine and technology.

As Senior Preventive Medicine Physician at Prenuvo, Dr. Ashley leads the strategic and clinical direction of the Preventive Medicine team across North America. With a focus on early disease detection and personalized health recommendations, she ensures the highest standard of care through evidence-based practices, comprehensive risk assessments, and AI-enhanced diagnostics. Olivia Svrchek, FNP, MS

Olivia Svrchek, FNP, MS, is the Chief Nursing Executive at Prenuvo, where she leads the advanced practice nurse practitioner and registered nursing teams. As the inaugural nursing executive of Prenuvo’s nursing organization, she is dedicated to empowering nurses with the technology, systems, and support needed to scale remote care to meet the needs of individuals across the globe.

Prior to joining Prenuvo, Ms. Svrchek held multiple leadership positions across leading institutions including Stanford Health Care, the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), GameDay Men’s Health, and the Tisch Cancer Institute at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Her expertise spans oncology practice and clinical research, direct-to-consumer diagnostics, concierge medicine, primary care, digital health, and healthcare operations. Ms. Svrchek is passionate about the advancement of nursing practice into digital health and incorporates this into all of her work at Prenuvo and as a digital health consultant, founder, and educator in the remote nursing arena.

Ms. Svrchek holds dual Master’s degrees in Advanced Nursing Practice (Family Medicine) and Healthcare Delivery & Business Leadership from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She completed a certificate in Data Analytics from General Assembly in New York City. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and Genetics from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
