Known solid mass of the nasal pharynx
A known solid mass of the soft tissues of the nasopharynx (nasal passages) has the potential risk of becoming a cancer. These types of lesions have been previously evaluated and thus this study serves as a follow-up to compare stability over time. As a general rule, more than 50% of solid masses are benign, however the risk of a solid mass becoming cancer is not zero. Thus surveillance is important.
