For enterprise

Proactive health, for the people your organization relies on.

We work with employers large and small — from workplaces where higher cancer and disease risk is part of the job, to organisations where human capital is the business and looking after your people is a no-brainer. Whatever the shape of your workforce, we can help you bring clinical-grade proactive health into it.

One Protocol

The clinical protocol is the same.
The partnership is shaped around your workforce.

Every person who walks into a Prenuvo center receives the same standardized whole-body MRI protocol, read by the same medical group, reported in the same structured way. What we tailor to each employer is everything around that — how the program is set up, how it is paid for, who is eligible, and how the people you lead are invited into it. A fire department, a veterans’ service organisation, a professional services firm, a growing technology company, and a small family office will each use Prenuvo differently, but the clinical standard they experience is the same.

Two partnership shapes.
One starting point.

We've built around what we see most often. Most organizations land somewhere between the two models below.
Imaging that meets that reality.

Firefighters, police officers, EMS providers, active-duty service members, and veterans carry a measurably higher burden of occupational health risk than the general population. The literature on firefighter exposure to PFAS and combustion byproducts, on elevated cancer rates among 9/11 responders, on burn-pit exposure in post-9/11 veterans, on service-connected musculoskeletal injury, and on shift-work cardiovascular strain is now extensive and well-established. Proactive imaging is one of the most useful tools available for catching the downstream findings of that exposure earlier, when the options are widest.

Because this is a workforce we believe the rest of us owe something to, Prenuvo offers preferred rates for programs built around fire departments, police and sheriff’s associations, EMS services, veterans’ service organisations, military support networks, and benefit funds. In our experience, the most durable programs are organized through the department, the local union or association, a dedicated health-and-wellness trust, or a public safety foundation — rather than arranged one member at a time.

What this kind of partnership typically includes
Preferred rates
A preferred rate on the standardised Prenuvo whole-body MRI protocol for enrolled members and, where appropriate, immediate family.
Direct access
A booking portal or dedicated intake line so members can schedule without navigating a consumer funnel.
Program coordination
Coordination with department or association leadership on enrolment cadence, eligibility, and communications — without sharing any individual member’s health data.
Group reporting
Aggregate, de-identified reporting on program participation for the sponsoring organisation, where useful for stewardship and renewals.
Lasting coverage
A route for members to continue access after retirement or separation where the sponsoring organisation chooses to extend the benefit.

We build these programs because the people who carry the most risk for the rest of us deserve the most careful stewardship of their health. We are proud of every first-responder and veteran partnership we have.

What meaningful looks like, at scale.

If your business runs on the judgement, focus, and longevity of a relatively small number of people, looking after their health is not a
perk — it is infrastructure. Most workplace wellness programs are an ocean of small gestures: apps, stipends, discounts. A Prenuvo scan
is a different category — a meaningful, memorable, high-signal investment in the health of the people an organisation depends on.

The employers we work with on this shape of program tend to offer it in one of three ways: as an executive health benefit for a defined
leadership group, as a total-rewards differentiator for a broader key-talent segment, or as an organization-wide program for all eligible
employees.

What this kind of partnership typically includes
Employer-covered
Screenings fully or partially reimbursed for eligible employee
Configurable tiers
Flexible eligibility configuration: executive tier, key-talent tier, all full-time, or family-included variants.
Benefits integration
Integration with common total-rewards and benefits platforms for enrolment and utilisation reporting (aggregate only, never individual)
Comms support
Communications support — employee-facing materials, FAQs, manager talking points — so the benefit is understood and actually used
Priority access
Executive-services pathway for time-sensitive bookings at senior levels, where appropriate
The privacy commitment
No individual health information — imaging, findings, or follow-up — ever flows back to the employer. Employers receive aggregate
participation and utilisation data only. Every interaction between the employee and Prenuvo is protected the same way any private medical
relationship is. This is the foundation of every partnership we run.
