Sollis Health Partners with Prenuvo to Introduce a Groundbreaking Preventative Health Model to Concierge Medicine

The Two Pioneering Healthcare Brands Map a New Care Journey to Bridge Gaps in the Existing Healthcare System – Aiming to Eliminate Pain Points in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Conditions
March 12, 2024 – New York NY - Sollis Health, the first concierge provider to offer its members ER level diagnostics and care, and Prenuvo, the company pioneering proactive whole-body MRI imaging for early cancer detection and other diseases, today announced their partnership to offer new Sollis members an opportunity for early detection and coordinated care for conditions like cancer, aneurysms, and other diseases. This first-of-its-kind model combines access to Prenuvo's safe (no radiation), fast (diagnostic-quality imaging in less than an hour), and non-invasive (no harmful contrast) MRI scans with Sollis’s coveted concierge treatment, via an annual membership for 24/7, 365 urgent and emergency care at its state-of-art medical centers in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and South Florida. Sollis memberships offer access to unlimited consultations in-center and virtually, as well as expedited access to thousands of Sollis’s top specialist partners on speed dial.
“This partnership is driven by a shared mission to create transformational change in the healthcare system – to give patients more agency over their health and wellbeing, and more access to the right care when they need it most” said Andrew Lacy, Prenuvo CEO and founder.
Research indicates up to 50% of acute health issues are discovered in emergency room settings, and at critical stages, exposing a significant gap within the care continuum,[1] and a significant opportunity for Sollis and Prenuvo together to keep members out of the ER. The Sollis and Prenuvo partnership is set to transform care delivery by seamlessly integrating care coordination and specialist triage with proactive screening – which can lead to earlier interventions. This proactive approach can markedly improve recovery chances in both potentially identifying conditions before they become crises, as well as providing immediate emergent recourse when required.
Brad Olson, CEO of Sollis Health, echoed Lacy’s enthusiasm for the partnership: “By integrating Sollis’ expertise in care coordination and world-class urgent and emergency care with Prenuvo's cutting-edge diagnostics, we're not just setting a new standard–we're filling a critical gap in the care continuum. Together, we will not only improve outcomes in areas traditionally associated with poor prognosis, but also lead the industry with this more proactive and outcome-oriented healthcare model.”
Each new Sollis Health membership will now include the Sollis Health x Prenuvo Benefits, and prompt access to appointments for a complimentary Prenuvo MRI scan. Members will have access to continuous support throughout their healthcare journey from receiving Prenuvo's comprehensive assessments to coordination with the Sollis team and members’ primary care physicians. This integrated approach offers continuous support – a rarity not only in acute care, but for anyone looking for handheld attention through any health issue.
The Sollis x Prenuvo Benefits integration includes:
● Access to a complimentary Prenuvo Torso scan or a discounted upgrade to a Head & Torso or Whole Body scan, representing a total savings of at least $1,000
● Timely access to scan appointments

Prenuvo Partners with HealthTunes to Introduce Evidence-Based Music Therapy, Shown to Decrease Patient Anxiety Up to 25% During MRI Scans
- Led by a team of scientists and classically trained musicians, HealthTunes is rolling out a series of custom therapeutic playlists to Prenuvo’s clinics nationwide starting this month
- The companies aim to bring the healing power of sound to MRI scans to give patients more comfort during their scans
- HealthTunes works with brands like AMD, LG, RedBull , Nickelodeon, and Chevron, and the company is led by Walter Werzowa, an internationally recognized composer, producer, and sound inventor who created the Intel and the current AT&T mnemonic
San Francisco, CA – (January 25, 2024) Prenuvo, the company pioneering proactive whole-body imaging for early cancer detection and other diseases, announced its partnership with HealthTunes, a streaming audio service designed to improve physical and mental health by pairing medical research with music. This collaboration will allow Prenuvo patients to experience custom therapeutic playlists during their scans that stimulate brain wave patterns -- helping to induce relaxation and reduce claustrophobia.
While Prenuvo offers whole body scans in the unprecedented timing of under an hour, these types of exams are known, in the medical industry, to cause some patients heightened stress. According to the National Institute of Health, 55.9% of patients experience intermediate anxiety during MRI screenings. Not only does this stress impact the individual experience, but it can also affect the quality of an MRI exam because of the increased movement of anxious patients.
To alleviate uneasiness and apprehension for patients, Prenuvo clinics are designed with a welcoming, comfortable environment featuring open-bore MRI machines and the option of streaming entertainment and music throughout the patient’s scan. Now, with the HealthTunes partnership, Prenuvo will offer therapeutic playlists of various genres using science-based Auditory Beat Stimulation (specifically Binaural Beats). The non-invasive modalities and HealthTunes’ proprietary algorithm encourage relaxation, promote positivity, and help patients relax.
“Since the inception of Prenuvo, we have centered our efforts on creating a safe and comfortable scan experience, ensuring patients feel supported and empowered on their health journey with us," says Andrew Lacy, Founder and CEO of Prenuvo. "Partnering with HealthTunes gives us a science-informed tool that will help us further improve the experience of proactive care screening.”
HealthTunes’ founder Walter Werzowa, an Austrian musician, composer, music producer, and sound inventor, became famous for composing the indelible Intel and AT&T mnemonics. Most recently, Werzowa was selected to finish Beethoven’s 10th Symphony, and Robbie Williams’ Angels AI release with the assistance of AI. However, it was his son’s struggle with legg-calve-perthes and consequently, MRI scan anxiety that inspired him to create HealthTunes’ ‘music medicine.’
“Our evidence-based music therapy, which pairs medical research with original compositions and Billboard-charting tracks, helps patients find calm. We’re proud to partner with Prenuvo, to further enhance their experience,” says Werzowa.

Prenuvo Launches Proactive Whole Body Health Scan Benefit for Employers
The company’s comprehensive whole body scans have alerted 1 in 20 patients to potentially life-saving diagnoses
Redwood City, Calif. — Prenuvo, the company pioneering 60-minute proactive whole body MRI imaging for the early detection of cancer and diseases, today announced the launch of Prenuvo for Employers, a healthcare solution that enables companies to enhance their employee’s well-being and health.
The new offering provides access to Prenuvo’s best-in-class MRI technology that scans for over 500 conditions, including most solid tumors at Stage 1, “silent killers,” such as brain aneurysms and other diseases.
With a healthcare system that spends over $4.5 trillion in reactive medical treatment annually, Prenuvo offers an alternative vision to healthcare rooted in preventative, precision medicine. Rather than wait for symptoms to present and illness to progress, Prenuvo offers powerful health insights underneath the skin so employees can spot health concerns sooner, which can lead to more cost savings on insurance and healthcare expenses and better health outcomes.
“Today, we see more and more employees looking to their organizations for support in their health,” says Andrew Lacy, CEO of Prenuvo. “This led us to create a new program that makes proactive health scans accessible to them. At the same time, it’s a major unlock for employers as it drives retention, productivity, and engagement and can leadto medical cost savings through early intervention.”
As it launches this effort, Prenuvo has seen demand from large companies looking to differentiate their employee health offering, from professional service firms and partnerships and from business and first responders who have a higher cancer risk by the nature of their jobs.
“As a company that prizes innovation, we want our benefits package to reflect a corporate mindset of openness to new ideas and technologies. If providing employees with access to Prenuvo full-body scans extends or saves just one life, we’ll know that offering this technology as a benefit was the right thing to do,” says Amit Patel, CEO of Rakuten International.
With Prenuvo for Employers, businesses can provide proactive scans to their employees as part of their health benefits packages. Set in consultation with the Prenuvo benefits team, employers will get preferred rates for scan packages with the flexibility to purchase in full or provide a subsidy against the cost.
“Introducing Prenuvo to our firefighters and paramedics in Boca Raton was a no-brainer for us,” says Shaun Fix, President at Emergency Medical Consultants, which oversees medical education programs for hospitals, nursing services and fire departments across the US. “We’ve been able to roll out Prenuvo to hundreds of frontline workers so that they have a baseline knowledge of their health and can catch things before they become problems. The upside is that you know what’s happening under the skin now, versus five years later.”
Under the offering, all employees will get access to Prenuvo’s suite of services which includes: prioritized scheduling by a dedicated team, financial counseling, detailed scan reports and images, scan report walk-through with a practitioner, access to webinars, lunch and learns, and forums.
“The significance of adopting a proactive approach to health is in prioritizing prevention over reaction. This approach focuses on taking measures to prevent health issues before it is too late, which can lead to better overall well-being and fewer health-related problems in the long run. Demonstrating our commitment to our team’s well-being, we provide proactive health options for those who wish to take advantage of them,” says TDK Ventures, President, Nicolas Sauvage.
Prenuvo adheres to the highest standards of security and confidentiality, ensuring that employee data remains protected at all times. No scan information is made available to employers and it is up to employees to discuss their findings, if at all, with their employer.
Prenuvo’s non-invasive, safe, and comprehensive whole-body scans are available in Chicago, New York, Redwood City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boca Raton, Vancouver, and a partner location in Minneapolis.

Prenuvo AI-Assisted Study Uncovers Novel Correlation Between Lifestyle and Brain Volume Changes
In three medical papers presented at the American Academy of Neurology, Prenuvo’s AI-assisted research reveals vital link between lifestyle factors and brain volume changes, with link to abdominal visceral fat and midlife brain atrophy
San Francisco (August 10, 2023) - Prenuvo, the company pioneering proactive whole-body MRI imaging for the early detection of cancer and diseases, presented three AI-assisted research abstracts highlighting the significant correlation between lifestyle factors and brain volume changes. The studies, conducted on over 10,000 consenting anonymized Prenuvo patients, shed light on the crucial role of visceral abdominal fat in predicting midlife brain atrophy, underscoring the importance of managing visceral fat for long term brain health and offering hope for improving earlier interventions for cognitive decline.
Prenuvo’s groundbreaking findings were presented at the 2023 American Academy of Neurology conference alongside research collaborators from Saint John’s Health Center and The Pacific Neuroscience Institute. Prenuvo’s cutting-edge AI research is pivotal in understanding how lifestyle factors can be precursors to various diseases like Alzheimer’s and dementia, as changes in brain volume have been linked to neurodegeneration. By comprehending this correlation, physicians and individuals can potentially understand disease progression earlier and intervene sooner.
“We are excited about the potential for AI to help us define the intricacies of the normal aging process,” said Sam Hashemi, Head of AI at Prenuvo. “Our unique research approach focuses on studying whole-body MRI imaging of healthy individuals, providing remarkable insights into interconnected relationships between organs and uncovering early disease progression in previously unseen ways.”
“Leveraging Prenuvo’s whole-body MRI imaging, we are able to make groundbreaking discoveries into cross-organ correlation between body biomarkers and the brain, ” said Dr. Raj Attariwala, Prenuvo Founding Radiologist, double board certified radiologist and nuclear medicine physician who also holds a PhD in engineering. “It is exciting to see the role that advanced imaging has in allowing us to discover previously inconspicuous relationships, contributing to early detection and potentially leading to the development of methods to maintain brain health.”
The key highlight from Prenuvo’s research is the discovery that deep learning-derived visceral abdominal fat can predict midlife brain atrophy in 7,507 individuals. Other key findings are as follows:
- Moderate to vigorous physical activity predicts brain volume: regular physical activity in 10,125 individuals has been linked to a reduced risk of dementia, while loss of brain volume as measured by Prenuvo’s MRI is a marker of neurodegeneration.
- Smoking history and higher pack years predict brain atrophy in 10,134 healthy individuals: Individuals with a history of smoking had lower normalized gray and white matter volumes compared to non-smokers. By adopting healthier habits and quitting smoking, individuals can mitigate the risk of brain degeneration and improve their cognitive outcomes.
By training AI models on a comprehensive corpus of whole-body MRI data, Prenuvo is investigating ways of quantification of various cross-organ biomarkers, including muscle and fat distribution. The analysis of this extensive dataset has revealed previously inconspicuous correlations between these biomarkers and brain volume changes.
“One implication of these advancements is that objective and quantifiable methods exist for tracking brain health and its related modifiers,” said Dr. Cyrus Raji MD, PhD, Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology, Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri
“The purpose of our study was to understand the correlation between lifestyle factors and brain health, said Somayeh Meysami MD, Assistant Professor of Neurosciences at Saint John’s Cancer Institute and Clinical Research Scientist at the Pacific Brain Health Center, Pacific Neuroscience Institute (PNI), “What we found is that factors such as visceral fat and smoking negatively influence brain structure while physical activity positively impacts brain health.”

Prenuvo Arrives In NYC, Offering Early Detection Of Critical Health Conditions Through Safe and Noninvasive 60-Minute Whole-Body Scans
With a goal toward proactive healthcare through early disease detection, the company’s comprehensive body scans have alerted ~1 in 20 patients to potentially life-saving diagnoses
NEW YORK – (April 27, 2023) Prenuvo, the company pioneering proactive whole-body imaging for the early detection of cancer and other diseases, today announced the opening of their first New York City clinic. With this expansion, New Yorkers will now have access to the fastest, safest, non-invasive whole-body screening on the market so that they can take control of their health and seek proactive solutions.
Prenuvo’s cutting-edge whole-body scans are based on 10+ years of clinical work while curating the biggest data set of whole-body MRI scans in the world. Unlike conventional MRIs, which take hours and often involve contrast injections, Prenuvo scans for 500+ conditions, including most solid tumors which can be detected as early as stage 1, in addition to aneurysms, cysts, and more – all without radiation, in under an hour.
“We are committed to shifting the healthcare paradigm from reactive to proactive,” says Andrew Lacy, Founder and CEO of Prenuvo. “Waiting to address health issues once they have already taken hold leads to delayed diagnoses, costly medical treatments, and diminished quality of life for patients. Prenuvo gives people the opportunity to make lifestyle modifications before potential health concerns become dire, and ultimately lead happier, healthier lives.”
The company has already performed tens of thousands of whole-body scans, alerting one in 20 patients to potentially life-saving diagnoses. With $70M in Series A funding led by Felicis Ventures and including prominent figures in healthcare, including 23andMe’s Anne Wojcicki, Prenuvo’s expansion to New York City marks a significant milestone as the company scales from 6 to 12+ locations by the end of 2023.
“Our goal has been to enable insights and early detection for a patient’s health and to help their doctor efficiently navigate through complex whole body functional and morphologic MRI imaging. Prenuvo’s custom hardware and patient-centric technology, designed by radiology specialist physicians, delivers personalized clinically relevant detailed images that can be shared with any health care provider,” said Dr. Raj Attariwala, Founding Radiologist and double board certified radiologist and nuclear medicine physician who also holds a PhD in engineering.
“My curiosity about Prenuvo saved my life,” said Ryan Crownholm, a Prenuvo patient. “I had renal cell carcinoma. This type of cancer can go undetected for years until it spreads beyond the kidney and presents symptoms, at which point the situation becomes almost incurable and very deadly.” Prenuvo’s imaging accuracy caught Crownholm’s cancer – leaving just enough time for the tumor to be safely removed. Today, he is cancer free.
Andrew Lacy and Dr. Raj Attariwala founded Prenuvo after losing loved ones to late-stage cancer that could have been prevented if caught sooner. Lacy, a serial entrepreneur (founder of Tapulous, the first iPhone app company, acquired by Disney), and Attariwala, a renowned radiologist and biomedical engineering PhD, set out to make Prenuvo’s comprehensive screenings more accessible so that anyone can take control of their health before suffering the pain and loss that they did.
Prenuvo’s noninvasive whole-body scans are currently available in New York, Redwood City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Boca Raton, Vancouver, and a partner location in Minneapolis.
Demand in NYC has proven strong, with appointments already booked out one month after opening. For more information on Prenuvo’s technology and to book a scan appointment, visit prenuvo.com.
